Good news for players of Mafia III on PC, for Hangar 13 announced that the game will now run at 30 and 60 fps, or unlock the frame rate if they prefer, thanks to a patch that debuted this day. As we reported a few days ago, the debut of Mafia III on PC was not just the most serene, because of the choice of the developers of Hangar 13 to limit. The game IS NOT capped at 60 fps (since the release of the 1.01 patch). The reason why you're only getting a max of 60 fps is b/c it is a highly unoptimized port of a console game. Turn everything to LOW, go inside a house and stare at the ceiling. You'll see the FPS go a little bit above 60 fps. Once the patch has been applied, gamers heading into the settings menu will discover options for 30, 60 and unlimited frames per second, letting them have much more control. Other visual improvements will be added to the settings menu too, we're told, which should give PC players greater control - as it should have been in the first place.

Hi I know that we have a problem with 30 FPS at Mafia 3 on PC.We fixed it! It was not easy but we do that.Finally we achieved stable 60 FPS on PC (specification below)
Mafia 3 works stable now and We will not experience a jumping frames. Path size is low , only 15 MB.Now Mafia 3 is optimized and works better than stock
Instruction :
Unrar .ZIP file next paste and replace it to main directory of the game . Thats all and finally enjoy 60 stable fps.
